How to Check Your Outlook Mailbox Size In Outlook
Please Note: These instructions were written specifically for Microsoft Outlook 2010 on a Hosted Desktop UK, therefore screenshots and prompts may not be exactly representative if you are using a different version of Outlook with your own computer.
1 - In Outlook, click the ‘File’ tab.
2 - Look at ‘Mailbox Cleanup’. Outlook will tell you that you have ‘x GB free of x GB’ which will tell you what proportion of your allocated mailbox space you are currently using. In this example, Steve Bloggs has ‘24.9GB free of 25GB’ hence he has only used a very small amount of his allocated mailbox space.
