1 - On your iPhone or iPad, access the Settings menu

2 - Scroll down and select Mail

3 - Tap Add Account…

4 - Select Exchange

5 - Enter your Email address and Password, and give the account a Description which you can refer to the email account as (this description will only be visible to yourself), then tap Next. Your iPhone will then attempt to contact the Hosted Desktop Exchange Server, as shown in the second screen-shot below

6 - Ensure that:

  • Email is set to your full email address
  • Server is set to hdcloud.co.uk
  • Domain is left blank
  • Username is set to your full email address
  • Password is set to your email password
  • Description is set to what you wish to refer to the account as (this description will only be visible to yourself)

Then tap Next and your phone will then again attempt to contact the Hosted Desktop Exchange Server, as shown in the second screen-shot below

N.B: This step may or may not occur depending on whether your iPhone is able to set-configure itself or not

7 - Tap the ON / OFF buttons to select the information types to synchronize with Exchange. These include:

  • Mail
  • Contacts
  • Calendars (shared calendars are not available)
  • Reminders

When you are done, tap Save
